My realtor, Corey Day, was a very helpful guide in my apartment search. Having come to him obliviously regarding locations and price ranges, Corey immediately helped me narrow down my choices and thus saved a significant amount of my time. He kept me up to date on places he had arranged showings with and also places that he was in the process of reviewing for me. While visiting different apartments, Corey knew exactly what questions to ask and what pros and cons to point out to me. His knowledge of the real estate market was apparent, and he continuously tried to negotiate better lease terms for me. Without Corey I'd be stuck in a poorly-lit, deteriorating one bedroom apartment twenty blocks from my job. Now, I'm living in a luxurious apartment in the CBD within four blocks of my office. Anne and Joyce were really great for us. Anne worked tirelessly showing us house after house until we found just what we needed. She was very understanding and accommodating as our desired characteristics in a home evolved during our search. She always took the extra step to make sure our interests were well represented. Once when a home seller wanted to delay our potential purchase for a number of months, Anne reached out to the seller with a personal note to encourage them to reconsider their timeline. Although we primarily worked with Anne, Joyce was always available to show us a house or complete an offer for us if Anne was out of town.
